The emerging Republican consensus is apparently that they should continue rubberstamping and lining up behind Bush, especially on important issues like the war. As an American, its troubling that a party has sold us down the river like that. But as a partisan Democrat I couldn’t ask for anything more than allying with Bush to increase our majorities in the House and Senate and take back the White House.
