The Incredible Hulk

Edward Norton is going to play The Incredible Hulk. That is so weird. I was really psyched for the Hulk movie with Eric Bana and it was HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. It is by far the worst of the “new” comic book adaptations. I hope they don’t let Ang Lee anywhere near it and understand that a Hulk movie is not about angst but rather Hulk smashing things.

And maybe this will lead to a She-Hulk movie getting made at some point.

    Norton is such a good actor that I can easily see him pulling it off. I remember the reaction people had when they found out Michael Keaton was going to play Batman, and it was so good, I have yet to see (nor will I) any of the Batman movies beyond Batman Returns.

    Louis Leterrier is directing and he did ‘The Transporter’ movies which were pretty good action flicks.

    Hulk wasn’t very good, But worst? I give you Daredevil and Elektra

    The original comic book run of the Hulk wasn’t a big hit either. They retooled it and it took off the second time.

    Just as long as Hulk’s face isn’t modeled after Brad Pitt’s, it shouldn’t be too bad.

    I liked Daredevil. Well, I liked Jennifer Garner in Daredevil, but hey…

    Not even Batman Begins? I thought Keaton was okay, sure, but Bale blows him out of the water.

    (And I have never been a fan of the Nicholson Joker. Too much Jack, not enough Joke.)
