We have enough trouble keeping order with citezens who we know and who pay their taxes into the justice system. We are judged by our peers. These people are not our peers and do not contribute to this country. They make money and send it back to their country(hear that, their country, not ours, means this is not their country). How do you even have a US court handle a legal case against someone who isn’t an american. Do they have to abide since they have no legal ties to the US. It’s just a mess and we cant get a grip on our criminals we have here let alone take on Mexico’s criminals now too.

Bill O’Reilly was not being a racist, he was simply presenting facts that maybe this girl would not have suffered the consequences had authorities taken care of this individual prior to this happening

This is a country of laws, they are called illegal aliens for a reason. If you are from another country and wish to become a citizen of the US fine, but do it legally. It is not fair to other immigrants who came to the united states and became legal American citizens by doing everything that the law requires only to have illegals come into the country and have the same rights as American citizens. As to those who suggest we should keep all immigrants out of the US, I would like to ask you to look back on your family tree, if your not a native American than at one point in your family history you had a ancestor that immigrated to this country, just a little food for thought.
