Kerik & Giuliani: The Right Gets Its Marching Orders

There’s apparently a coordinated strategy to deal with Rudy Giuliani’s inconvenient relationship with the scandalous Bernard Kerik: talk about it, but just dismiss it. If this is Sean Hannity’s M.O., you can safely assume that this is the official policy.

    It’s the Vinny Barbarino defense!

After all, Hannity knows Giuliani can’t deny knowing Kerik and can’t pretend Kerik was some obscure underling Rudy didn’t know about.

So Hannity is using the sweathog tactic: “Kerik? Whut? Mob Ties? Where? Fraud? Who?”

I’m still impressed by the fact that the Admin had to make up a (“nanny”) scandal for Kerik so that our would-be Secretary of Homeland Security could withdraw without talking about the real scandals.

But I’m sure Giuliani had NOTHING to do with his chauffeur getting nominated to head one of the most powerful Cabinet departments.

I’m still waiting for Sean’s call, so I know what to say. I don’t watch the show.
