Certainly, Karl Rove, with his resume, would have to be under oath

Doesn’t this remove any doubt that this whole AG firing kerfluffle is designed to immobilize the administration, and that all of the “investigations” are all designed to immobilize the administration, and / or hang a dark cloud over them until NOV 2008?

(Please don’t answer me by saying that there is already enough stuff to hang on the administration — if there were, then they wouldn’t be doing this)

This is not ethical politics, and this is not the Founding Fathers meant be “checks and balances.”

you got that right Frank, the founding fathers would have tarred and feathered Bush and run him out of town on a rail for trying to pull this “executive priveledge” crap.

Doesn’t this remove any doubt that this whole AG firing kerfluffle is designed to immobilize the administration…

    No, it doesn’t.

    No, it doesn’t.

Certainly, Karl Rove, with his resume, would have to be under oath.

    Well, it should.

TweedleGeezer operates under the delusion that members of the Bush administration still have some credibility.

Why would having Rove testify under oath, or even tossing Rove in the pokey, “immobilize” this administration?

…unless this ‘deputy chief of staff’ enjoys an inordinate amount of influence over everything this administration does?

  7. Gravatar Icon 7 Wilbur

…especially since Rove would probably just keep on lying anyway.

Dude, when Rove goes to the bathroom, it immobilizes this administration.
