Not that it will stop the right’s advice trolls from constantly giving Dems their 2 cents about what’s acceptable and what isn’t (cheered on by the MSM of course).

In a survey that brought to life the party’s anxieties about keeping the White House, Republicans said they were concerned that their party had drifted from the principles of Ronald Reagan, its most popular figure of the past 50 years.

Forty percent of Republicans said they expected Democrats to take control of the White House next year, compared with 46 percent who said they believed a Republican would win. Just 12 percent of Democrats said they thought the opposing party would win the White House.

Democrats are already enthusiastic about their field, in a way it’s disrupting Sen. Clinton because Dems don’t just want to win but want to move the ball significantly down the field. I feel that no matter who the GOP picks, it will be someone who makes them hold their noses and doesn’t really light their fires – something you need to win in the 50-50 era.

    You might be right about that. I think that it’ll be especially true should a moderatly well-funded third party candidate on the Far-Right emerge.

    If Senator Clinton gets the nomination I won’t be holding my nose to vote because I will not be voting at all.
    Since we dems are happy with our choices I do hope as a party we make the good choice.

    OW, did you see that Sharpton is calling out Obama over his Lieberman endorsement in ’06?

    Not sure if that’s fair game, since Joe was Obama’s mentor in the Senate…

    Good to see Adam “disarray” Nagourney has been assigned the GOP beat. The man only has one story, and it’s good for a whole election cycle.
