I Would Love It

Considering the drag/lack of help he was on Al Gore, as a Democrat I’d love to see Hanoi Joe Lieberman on the GOP ticket.

ALSO: The idea that the Dems should totally stifle themselves in order to appease Lieberman when the Senate’s in a logjam on Iraq without a 60+ vote majority anyways, doesn’t really pass the smell test.

  1. Oh, let the bitter old man have some fun in his last term. He’s said repeatedly he’s not going to switch, he’s smart enough to know Dems will pick up Senate seats in 2008, and he’s stupid enough to believe he might have a chance in President Giuliani’s cabinet in a parallel universe. He’s desperate to stay in the papers, which makes him… well, a politician.

So that vile piece of garbage wants the war to go on…and on?
How ironic it would be if the next batch of soldiers to die for Bush were to come from
    Connecticut!

What would the blind fools who voted him into congress think then, I wonder.

  3. If he jumps to the GOP do they get control of the Senate? If not, let him go.
