That the war will continue until Bush leaves office was decided when Kerry lost. The Dem job is to stick the GOP with the bill, so we don't get someone like Rudy in the White House in 2009. Non-binding resolution? feh. though I agree that all this hand-wringing back and forth is not productive. A vote to debate whether to debate the non-binding resolution? Come on.
