Man On Dog Barks Again

Rick Santorum, the wackjob Republican ex-senator who had his rear handed to him by Bob Casey, shows up on Fox News’ kennel to talk about how George Bush compares to the last great Republican president, Abraham Lincoln.

Lincoln restored the union, Bush invaded the wrong country and did a crap job of it leading to the loss of thousands of American lives.

Yeah, they’re just alike.

    It’s funny that he is comparing Bush to Lincoln. I just got through reading Team of Rivals by Doris Kearns Goodwin, which essentially talks about Lincoln’s unruly cabinet. Compare that with the toadies that Bush has around himself. Of all the presidents, Bush is least like Lincoln.

    I really wish someone with media access would have the balls to confront guys like Santorum on crap like this… the President is the commander-in-chief of the MILITARY, not the country. He’s the military’s boss, but he’s OUR EMPLOYEE.

    I think Santorum sold Bush short. Hell, say Bush is what Jesus would be like if he was Prez. In fact, don’t stop there … Bush is like God as Prez.

    And just like you didn’t understand all the shit that befell Job … you don’t understand Iraq. Don’t question the Big Guy. In thirty or so years, you’ll realize Iraq was just a comma in making the world the perfect place for the Rapture.
