Nice item, but I think you missed the real story.

Eliot "Franklin Fiorello" Spitzer got up in the morning, took his oath of office, signed a passel of executive orders on ethics before 9:00, and LATER went to the inauguration.

Anybody want lessons in being a Democrat?

I give him the nicknames to direct attention to the tradition Spitzer works in (as distinct from the sloppiness evident on my own favorite coast just now), and to show there are lessons to be learned even from someone who technically wasn't even a Democrat. Real bipartisan of me.

Spitzer-Obama in '08!
