		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree with all of you more! US Airways was never the best but now that they&#039;ve gotten in bed with United--they are even worse!!!! I hate those fucking airlines.  I&#039;m only on them because I couldn&#039;t get another flight available AND as someone pointed out, it wasn&#039;t until I made the reservation that I realized the flight was actually with United!!!  Never, ever, ever again!
I don&#039;t know if anyone reading this ever has taken Midwest Airlines but they are absolutely the BEST! I wish they were large enough to take over these crappy airlines! They truly are &quot;the best care in the air&quot;. Unfortunately, they do not fly to where I need to go on this trip but next tie, I swear, I&#039;ll walk across country before spend money on these fucking airlines again! I&#039;ll take a boat, a train, a bus but never will tney get a penny my money!

		<description>I am on my way back to DFW airport to try and find my &#039;mishandled&#039; suitcase from my flight from PHX to DFW. There was no one working at the missing bags counter last night when I got in. I tried calling the customer service number and was told in such bad English, which I could barely understand, that I would have to go back to the airport to file the form. It is a 30 mile round trip for me.
US Air SUCKS. I got booked on the wrong flight, got moved to another flight, sat outside the gate without a/c in the Arizona heat for 45 minutes before we could take off and they lost (sorry... misplaced) my bag. Then, they had no one to help with lost bags and customer service phone reps with suck poor English that simply trying to communicate my needs was extremely frustrating.
This is obviously nothing unusual. Even the flight attendants were complaining about corporate policy and the inconvenience passengers had to face and were giving out free alcoholic beverages on the flight. (I had a double...).
Aside from the in-flight lubrication with vodka, nothing about the entire experience was even remotely acceptable as good business practice.
US AIR SUCKS. America West is really AMERICA WORST.

I canceled a return flight from Denver to Phoenix recently.  The rep told me that they would credit my account $118.xx back then they said if I ever rebooked the flight they would deduct $100.00 for a change fee.  I said you are joking right???  She said no, then I said you are really only crediting my account back $18.xx and she said well not really.  I pressed her and she finally admitted that indeed the net value in my account if I ever accessed it was the $18.xx.  I even had her put her supervisor on and I get the same pat answer.  I kept them on the phone for nearly and hour before I pummeled them with explitives.  I told them they would go out of business soon with policies like this and their crappy attitude.  I told them they should quit and go to work for Southwest Airline.  When I cancel a flight they allow me to reuse the remaining funds at a later date....the entire balance of the funds not some bogus amount.

No wonder this country is in trouble.

Call United Airlines customer service and don&#039;t be surprised when someone with a think Indian accent rattles off responses from a queue screen in front of them.  That&#039;s right, go old US born United has outsourced their customer service to India.
