    Speaking of intelligence, and speaking as a strong supporter of the Democratic party his entire voting life (including working the streets for Kerry in ’04): WTF, over, about Alcee Hastings possibly being appointed chairman of the Intelligence Committee?

    I mean, I’m fairly sure we could find a better Democratic member of Congress to put in charge of that committee than someone actually removed from office — by a Democratic Congress, no less — on bribery charges…
