’)I like to think that I have a long-term view of politics. My personal goal is to have Democrats up and down the chain of command in all possible seats. A vital part of that goal is working in the state legislatures. An organization working on our side is the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee. If you get Democrats in your state legislature, you build your farm team for future congressional candidates, gubernatorial candidates, and beyond.
But you gotta start somewhere.
