Nuke Secrets Inquiry
Tweet
Democratic Senators Demand Answers on Nuke Disclosures.
Senators Harry Reid, Carl Levin, Joe Biden, and Jay Rockefeller today sent a letter to Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte asking him to review the national security consequences for the posting of sensitive nuclear weapons design materials on the Internet. The senators also asked for the origins and purpose of the overall publication program. This program was set up under pressure from Congressional republicans.
Another bit of oversight that should happen if Dems win back the House.

Dugger?
dr pedro?
You’re remarkably quiet.
It’s Clinton’s fault! Somehow!
Apparently we went to war in Iraq to prevent Saddam Hussein from selling nuclear secrets that George Bush was willing to give away free.
Saddam had no nukes. Brilliant progressives have already told us that ad nauseum. So how can there be any menaingful leaks in any of this.
Dugger has proven to be a dumbass once again. Those papers contained engineering details of Hussein’s pre-1991 nuclear weapons program. Those details told of encountered problems and engineering solutions to those problems, making it easier for hopeful nuclear dictator aspirants to build a bomb. Dugger and Bush, weak on national security.

It’s like picking up a doll, pulling the really long string out of its back and letting go.

” … if Saddam can put together a program in the early nineties, he can reconstititute it easily – whenever he wants to. The basic know-how and capability are there.”
DOH!
