Yesterday I heard a report from the BBC about Dear Leader Bush at one of his rallies in Georgia. In what the droll British reporter described as a "warm up act," some preacher got up and quoted Proverbs 29:2 “When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan.” which really got the crowd into a frenzy as Bush got up and shouted his usual slogans; he's sounding kind of hoarse, and I laughed at his fake Texas accent. Later the reporter asked some of them why they liked Bush so much. He loves Jesus; he's a Christian gentleman; he's "done a fanstastic job running the country." He then asked some of them what they thought would happen if the Dems won control of Congress. In their deep-Georgia accents, the people said "Dies-aster. One word, dies-aster." Another said "'Mur'ka'll go raht down'the tubes." "The most telling one was "yore taxe's'll go up, and we'll lose th' 'Raq wahr." Glad I don't live in Georgia; even Utah isn't that bad.

I'm sitting in the Denver airport waiting for a flight west.

Next to me was group of people are flying home to Montana.

I ask if any of them are voting for Tester. Although they are strangers to each other all but 1 says they have already voted for Jon. When the outcast remains silent they start preaching the virtues of Tester.

I hope this is a sign of things to come.

"Poverty pimps" slur aside, none of those people have been elected as President of THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES. And none of them have approval ratings in the low 40s either. Of those up for election this year - Clinton, Kennedy, and Pelosi - all will win by healthy margins.

Speaking of the kiss of death...Do you have a list of where old Hillary, Kennedy, Kerry, and Pelosi will be campaigning the rest of this week and weekend? Damned if I can't find a single campaign stop for any of these radioactive poverty pimps.
