Man, the black Republicans are in full force today defending the RNC’s racial smear ad against Harold Ford. Tara Wall on Fox News, Ron Christie on MSNBC.

How much money is all that hypocrisy worth? I swear there’s a book in there.

    “We contacted WGOW radio to ask about the [Corker] ad after reader
    C.C. wrote in telling us that he’d overheard two local talk show
    hosts discussing the ad:

    This morning about 6:45 I’m getting ready for work and have the
    radio tuned to the local mega talk station. The hosts are talking
    about the heat that the Corker/RNC ads are picking up, but are
    pretty neutral on them themselves, suggesting that the ruckus–and
    the suggestions of racism–are overblown. They’re going through some
    callers, when one says, “That’s nothing. Have you heard the jungle
    drums on the radio ad?”

    So they play it, and, sure enough, the caller’s right. Soaring music
    underneath the copy when discussing Corker’s merits, jungle-like
    drumming when cutting to Ford’s demerits. The hosts were stone-
    silent when it finished, until one whistled, and said, “Damn.” They
    both agreed that the drumming — and the intent — was obvious.”

    Sure hope someone asks Ken Mehlman how this is their way of appealing to African-
    American voters. Ken, who said to the NAACP: “Some Republicans gave up
    on winning the African American vote, looking the other way or
    trying to benefit politically from racial polarization. I am here
    today as the Republican chairman to tell you we were wrong.”

    Ron Christie makes me physically ill.

    I DESPISE the term “Uncle Tom”, but it fits him and Clarence Thomas so perfectly.

    They hate being black and truly the wish they weren’t. Their self-loathing simply wafts off of them like the stench off a turd.

    Watching Ron Christie VIGOROUSLY deny that the Corker ad had any racial component was on of the most gut-wrenching things I’ve ever watched. I’ve always said that I don’t know how black people, poor people or women can be a Republican today and I look at Ron Christie and just shake my head.

    What a truly lost soul he is. The true definition of the “house nigga”.

    Wow, PD. Is it just me or did you just make fun of someone with a physical abnormality? Weren’t we just talking about something like that in another post? I can’t remember…(Something like, Bill Maher…Rush…that Alex Keaton guy…)

    You must of had some incredibly funny jokes about Sammy Davis Jr’s glass eye back in the day!

    I think Ron Christie is faking being black to get credibility for his anti-black views. I’ve never seen him this black, and he admits he acts “blacker” in interviews to get support for his causes.

    It’s just like Republicans to put blacks up to defend anti-black policies, they like to put people up there that can’t be criticized.

    Im ashamed that this women who calls herself black(tara wall)is given the opportunity to say some of the stupid rhetoric that she is speaking. Its like being back in south carolina in the early 1800′s and she is in the kitchen making a turkey telling the masa about the freedom riders and their plans to escape to canada. How could this women wake up every morning and look in the mirror?

    Tara Wall is an embarassment. White conservatives seek out these sellouts. They have usually people that are well educated, affluent and totally removed from the African American base poltically. They inerpret history from the perspective of a white conservative bias. The Rebublicans are no longer the party of Lincoln( whose motives have been argued by historians) Black Repubiolcans have such a small following that have or no impact on any future blacks to their electorate. A hopeless cause. Just lool at the numbers
