It is shocking that this article appeared in the NY Times though. I would have expected something more like "Dick Cheney Hangs Decapitated Dachshund Off a Bridge, Then Dines on its Brains and Throws the Entrails at the Crowd" with a picture of Cheney wiping blood off his chin with the sleeve of his starched shirt.
