Skins Triumphant

The Redskins have apparently found a high-powered offense. Yes! Santana Moss is the man, what a difference he brings to the team versus Laveaurnes Coles (and it doesn’t hurt to have him on my fantasy team either!)

Dear Mr. Willis,
Apology accepted.
Yours,

Dear Mr. Brunell,
Totally my bad. Excuse my ignorance.
Please do it again.
Love,
O
Mark Brunell can give some credit of his recent success to his Hogs. The D-line stepped it up and got 4 sacks.
The only glaring weakness was the 2ndary which was burned too often on 3rd and long.
uh LAVERANUES is the bomb.com. a greater all around receiver than santana any day of the week.
Not when he was playing for Washington he wasn’t. I’ll take Moss any time.
Moss
2005
84 rec
1483 yds
9 TD
YTD: 17 rec, 326yds, 3 TD
Coles
2005
73 rec
845 yds
5 TD
YTD: 30 rec, 412yds, 1 TD
Isn’t Coles seen as a “possession receiver,” best suited to short-yardage patterns? Meanwhile Moss is obviously a big-play guy, who can outrun the corners and burn them deep. Certainly his game-winner on Sunday was a “big play.”
You need both types of receivers on your team, BTW. A big-play guy to go deep and loosen up the secondary, and a “possession” guy to run those crossing patterns over the middle.
Also, having Portis back seemed to make a world of difference…
