Al Qaeda On The Loose
Tweet
Five damn years since 9/11 and Al Qaeda still exists to threaten America.
We destroyed the Nazis in less time, but when it comes to this gang of murderous chuckleheads our spineless leadership quakes in fear.

The Nazis were uniformed and concentrated in Europe, easily identified by the big swastikas. They were the German military. Islamic terrorists are distributed, and are employing the tactics of guerillas by blending in with regular society. I wish we could destroy them all, but when we, or Israel, attack and (unfortunately) inadvertently kill innocents living in the same building, criticism rains down from the rest of the planet.
They might be hard to find, but we could at least look in the right places.
Pakisani border is an obvious one, not Bagdad.
Stop the presses! Fire all the military. Fire all the intel services. OW poster Nimrod knows exactly where to look for terrorists. If we had onlt y thought of going to Nimrod instead of the military and the CIA etc.
Right, I distinctly remember claiming that.
Oh, wait, my mistake, I remember now, you just pulled it out of your arse. Again.
Inadvertently huh?
So Steve, there were no Nazi spies then? Or US Nazis. What did they teach you about nazis?
OW, the US Gov is not scared of Al-Q, but it relies on the voters to be thus come election time. That is the power of nightmares.
Islamic terrorists are distributed, and are employing the tactics of guerillas by blending in with regular society.
I was under the impression that they were all going to pour into Iraq to fight our troops there – the “flypaper” strategy. Was I misinformed?
Nimrod,
I guess I interpret your statement to the effect that our military is not looking in the ‘right’ places to actually mean you know the right places. Else, how would know? I mean I hope you weren’t just making a dumb criticism.
If there is a progressive President next will you tell him or her the right places to look?
What are your intelligence sources, out of curiosity?
Have your own satellite? NSa? Cia?
Put it this way.
OSAMA BIN LADEN IS NOT IN IRAQ.
(of course, five gets you ten you knew that was what I meant, and you’re just using your usual tactic of stalling, nitpicking and semantic interpretative dance, so whatever man)
Nimsie said,
(of course, five gets you ten you knew that was what I meant, and you’re just using your usual tactic of stalling, nitpicking and semantic interpretative dance, so whatever man)
Interpretation: Bad Dugger is taking our words at face value! Whaaaaaa!
And there’s the stalling and nitpicking again.
Just to wrap this up Nimmer, you, obscure OW poster like myself, sitting in front of your keyboard in Podunk, Ark. or wherever, actually know more than the US military and intelligence services. Why you know they are looking in the wrong place. Those idiots! Why don’t they ask you? Here the entire US DOD and intelligence services are wasting millions of dollars looking for OBL in places good ol Nimmer already knows have no OBL.
Okay, in case you still haven’t figured it out yet, the point I was trying (and to any intelligent reader, probably succeeding) to make was that we’re not looking for him, we’ve spent three and a half years arsing about in Iraq to no great effect while he’s God knows where doing God knows what.
Had we not invaded Iraq and actually spent some time properly looking for him in places he was likely to be (Iraq not being one of them) we might very well have caught him by now.
Shall I draw you a little diagram so you can colour it in?
“Why you know they are looking in the wrong place.”
Because they haven’t found him.
I guess the Christo-fascists were wimps compared to the evil Islamo-fascists.
Of course, FDR didn’t tell people to go shopping, and had a different approach to the nation’s fear, and didn’t go invading a country where the enemy wasn’t. That might also have had something to do with it, I suppose.
“Why you know they are looking in the wrong place.”
The same way I know I’m looking in the wrong places when I fail to find my car keys.
No, I don’t believe Israel or the US purposefully targets civilians. Period. That’s the job of the terrorists…to draw fire. It’s exactly what we saw in Vietnam. What’s the source of your story, Mouse? I always want to know the source.
Sorry, I see it’s countercurrents.org. I’ll look into it.
Apparently pulling trained men and resources off the search to place them in Iraq is looking for OBL.
“I mean I hope you weren’t just making a dumb criticism.”
Hilarious.
“It’s exactly what we saw in Vietnam.”
What’s exactly like what we saw in Vietnam?
There’s a difference between targeting civillians and hitting them.
