The Mole, Revealed

Joe Lieberman (aka sack of crap) is getting campaign help from the Swift Boat smear artists. That’s right, Joe Lieberman, the self-annointed martyr of the Democratic tradition, is being helped by the perpetrators of one of the worst electoral smear jobs in history. I wonder what those Conneticut Democrats who pulled the lever for John Kerry two years ago think about that?

I for one am offended by this comparison between Joe Lieberman and a sack of crap.
For one thing, the sack of crap still serves a meaningful purpose.
Good to see Dan Rather back at work.
I’m willing to bet that in a few weeks, the term “swiftboating” will be vigorously applied to the Lamont campaign. Joe is just one step ahead.
“Sack of crap”? C’mon. You guys are still suffering from post-election trauma because this guy wasn’t our vice president. I suppose Oliver will next describe Lieberman as a “miserable sh*tstain of a human being.”
Dan Rather exposed this one? Good for him. He always did quality fair work.
At least when a wolf is dressed in sheep’s clothing, he knows he’s still a wolf.
I remember once, way back in my youth, going fishing with my brothers for the first time.
As seems to be the case in these matters, my two older siblings caught fish so small as to barely qualify as more than a lump of algae while I dropped my pole, walked away, and promptly caught a decent sized fish (I think it was a perch, but it was a LOOOONG time ago). I can remember looking at the poor thing, out of its element, gasping for breath, and flailing about. Rather than be thrilled I had actually caught something, I only remember feeling extreme pity an urgent need to let it go. We tried, but it didn’t survive and my brothers cooked and ate it later.
Anyway, I was reading some of the “posts” by the Bush humpers and that memory came to mind.
Go figure.
