Steele: Can’t Trust Mfume, He’s Black

Why, oh why, are black Republicans not trusted?

“Voters have to ask who’s going to better serve them,” Steele told U.S. News & World Report’s Dan Gilgoff. “[Someone] who represents all the people, or just one particular race?”

Great stuff. Just what we need: Steele signaling whites that Mfume, because of his skin (or that strange, ethnic-sounding name of his) can’t be trusted to represent them. What year is this? What century?

    That’s funny, you made fun of Michelle Malkin’s “strange, ethnic-sounding” maiden name for years until you were shamed into knocking it off.

    And Mfume’s name is a complete creation, given that his real name is Frizzell Gray.

    But that’s beside the point. Steele made no reference to either of Mfume’s names.

    I could give a crap what Magalang’s name is. It’s that she slammed Teresa Heinz Kerry for adding and dropping hers, but did the same thing like the worthless hypocrite Magalang is.
