This is idiotic. Would Pres Edwards commit well ahead of time to withdrawing 40K troops by a certain time - telegraph our military moves in advance to the enemy? Maybe we all want to be pandered to, but at least accepot a pander with soem reality to it. "Yoo hoo! Oh, Mr Terrorist. WE are withdrawing 40K troops as of Dec 31."
