They have now taken to rebranding the McCain-Kennedy immigration bill as the Reid-Kennedy bill. Why? Because instead of admitting that they still can’t pass a bill when running three branches of government, they blame Democrats.

This makes me wonder what the party thinks of McCain in their lack of acknowledgement. Is this a sign that they are ashamed of him? Or the opposite; that they are supportive of him and don’t want him associated with the bill at all?
Are you really that stupid, Oliver? The same bill that you think is a travesty is one that most Republicans DON’T support. Did you forget your own stance on illegal immigration? (Something along the lines of ‘Get in line like my family did.’)
But nice talking point.
