Doug Duncan dropped out of the gubernatorial race, for medical reasons. Best wishes to him and his family. Politically it means there won’t be a hotly contested primary and Mayor O’Malley (who Duncan has endorsed) can focus like a laserbeam on ousting Bob Ehrlich.
