Hehe, cool… I really didn’t know there was any significant presence of American-style football in Japan. But I have to wonder about the subtitle (or is that a supertitle?) “Japanese American football”… how do you distinguish between American-style football being played in Japan, and American-style football being played in America by Japanese-Americans?
I wonder what the cartoon is they have the clip of at the end. Looks to be one more in a long line of “sports guts” anime dramas, which have been made about everything from baseball to boxing to judo to even the board game “Go”! (I’ll admit to having been drawn into an interest in Go kicking and screaming thanks to “Hikaru no Go”…)
