Law enforcement officials executed search warrants Friday on the house and office of CIA’s outgoing executive director as part of an investigation into corruption involving agency contracts, the FBI said.
The CIA’s third ranking official, Kyle “Dusty” Foggo, has been under investigation by the FBI, IRS, Defense Criminal Investigative Service, the CIA’s inspector general and the U.S. attorney’s office in San Diego, said FBI spokeswoman April Langwell in San Diego.
Almost a year ago I suggested “Death by Disgorgement’ for all businessmen
and politicos who are found guilty of criminal conspiracy to profit from
back-door deals connected with Iraq war. The semantic shoving match ensued about who was going to define “war proftieering” (we see the
obfuscatory debate re:Plamegate) and someone here (who unless he
reveals himself) who shall remain nameless, refused to buy into my
punishment scenario (regardless of WHO defined ‘war profiteer’).
But here it is once again:
Death is too good for the paramecium who profit from the lost limbs and
lives of our servicemen, our kids. I propose another punishment.
Since wealth and power is what they worship, first and foremost, let’s
take ALL their assets and place them in trust, for a purpose later determined as just.
Then we place them in GENUINE lock-ups without the country club
perks, for whatever period the sentencing guidelines dictate.
When they emerge, whatever parole time remains, plus an additional
7 years, the sumbag(s) are required to work flipping burgers or stocking
Wal-Mart shelves at minimum wage. They must use public transportation
for all travel(at their own expense) and they must live in Section 8 housing.
Perhaps the sociopaths will develop some empathy for the people they
had such disdain for, and more respect for the postion of ordinary citizens.
Well, on the bright side, at least they had a warrant…
This time, WE are the blue dress.
“Well, on the bright side, at least they had a warrant& ”
ROFL
You mean they didn’t burn his house down?
Good one, Frank.
Feh.
Classic, Duros.
Well they didn’t need a warrant?
Why?
The President said so.
Oh, well, good enough for me.
Sorry, Oliver, but… what?
Well there’s always this
I noticed the IRS is involved…
I noticed the IRS is involved
Then Foggo is dead meat — the IRS only takes “open and shut” cases.
