The CEO President…

What they thought they were geting…

What we got:

He’s every employee’s worst nightmare. He wasn’t born mean and unscrupulous, he worked hard at it. And succeeded. As for stupidity, well, some things are inborn. His top priorities are the bottom line and looking good in front of his subordinates and superiors (not necessarily in that order). Of absolutely no concern to him is the professional or personal well-being of his employees. The Boss is technologically challenged but he stays current on all the latest business trends, even though he rarely understands them. (via)

“His top priorities are the bottom line”
If only. The only thing the Bush administration has been good at has been politics: namely, demonizing the other side just enough to win reelection. The bottom line, which in this case I suppose means governing, is precisely what Bush has been worst at. Otherwise it’s a fair assessment.
I disagree. Shrub and Cheney have been the best thing ever for the bottom line– of their “Pioneer” and “Ranger” campaign donors.
Class warfare alert! Class warfare alert! Somebody tell the conservative PC police!
Am I seeing things? Or is Oliver now comparing Bush to Dilbert’s boss?
Aiiieee!
Yeah. Actually, its a pretty apt comparison. More details after I write my paper “MBAs are ruining America”
