I’ll admit that this was fun to put together.

Can somebody please explain why O’Reilly is held up as some paragon of conservative thinking ? He may not be on the left, to be sure, but to those of us on the right, he sure does not seem to be on our side either. Is it simply because he is on Fox ?
Did you do that one? Fantastic job.
I think I would have ended it with the beginning “I don’t do personal attacks.”
Speaking of personal attacks, check out Ann Althouse on Kos and Crashing the Gates:
“No one ever writes a book to make money.”
So says Kos. You might want to try to say things that at least seem true.
The most famous quote on the subject is nearly the opposite: “No man but a blockhead ever wrote except for money.” I’ve never believed that one either… although if you say it fast enough, it might sound like “No man but a blogger ever wrote except for money.” And that’s got truthiness.
…I’ll bet Kos is trying to extract money from the popularity of the blog. Denying he’s trying to make money from the book is just part of the sales pitch. He’s sincere, you know.
Is Bill on the right? Hmmm…
Attacks on the American Civil Liberties Union, check.
Frequent criticism of the “far left” with sparse criticism of the far right, check.
Attacks on Media Matters, check.
Crass insults towards non-US nations (i.e. France, Canada), check.
The fact that he criticizes President Bush on a few issues (usually for not being conservative enough on immigration) doesn’t seem to weigh as heavily as the massive liberal baiting.
There are probably some other aspects, if anyone else wants to add on.
Europe is a coward, that’s just classic.
My co-worker, Cori Meloney and I put the video together.
To be scupulously fair, You cannot subject a continent to a ‘personal attack’, or in fact any groups of people you don’t name personally. Still very funny though. It’s a shame you can’t cut it into his show like that scene in the film “the Running Man”.
Is having venom in your spit a prerequisite to being conservative nowadays? Living in TX, I personally know many people who think the words of these Limbaugh-types are second only to the gospel. It’s scary.
I know people up here on the Lib’rul east coast as well, Rounds. Scary indeed.
