I swear, it’s like Snyder has a shopping list and is just ticking off things to put in the fridge.

>> Free-spending ‘Skins are doing it right
>> Cowboys cut sorry-ass overrated Keyshawn Johnson. Did I mention that we swept them in 2005-6? I just thought I would mention that in case anyone forgot. :)

  2. As good as any third string QB is going to be.

  3. JD says:

This is considered to be a good thing ?

    OW,

When they are so wrong on all things Bush/Republicans/Conservatives … how do you expect to explain the very simple game of football to them ?

All those signings just to go 8-8.

    Again.

  6. gammarock says:

Youz guyz won’t be happy until Norv Turner is coaching the Skins.

    Again.

Last season the Washington Redskins went 10-6, including 5 straight wins after going 5-6 to start the season (sweeping the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles). They then won in the first round of the playoffs and lost to the eventual Superbowl team, the Seattle Seahawks. The Redskins had the #4 running back in the league with 1,516 yards. The Redskins had the #2 wide receiver with 1,483 yards, and our QB was #14 with a 85.9 QB rating and 3,050 yards passing (with 23 touchdowns). They had the #11 offense and the #9 defense.

Look, the Redskins could go 0-16 this coming season but please quit acting like they didn’t do anything last season.

  8. Dana says:

Mr Willis, noting that the ‘Skins had the #11 offense in the league doesn’t seem all that impressive considering how much offense they mustered against Tampa Bay and Seattle in the playoffs. It was the defense that got y’all into the playoffs, and which enabled you to beat the Bucs.

Hey, Kerry Collins is available! Take him — please!

  9. Dana says:

Gamma: As an Oakland Raiders fan, y’all are more than welcome to have Norv Turner back!

  10. JD says:

They did not win the Super Bowl, and as such, going 10-6 and losing in the playoffs is, for all intents and purposes, an unsuccessful season.

  11. Then 31 teams had an unsuccesful season.

  12. Superbelt says:

    Very true.

    31 teams fail every year.

  13. JD says:

Yes, 31 teams failed in their goals. It is about time you got something right.
