What The Danny Wants…
Tweet
The Danny gets. Brandon Lloyd is now a Redskin, and a tonload of players are getting the Dan Snyder Free Agent Experience.
On the first day of free agency, the Washington Redskins yesterday acquired wide receiver Brandon Lloyd from the San Francisco 49ers, lost last season’s starting tight end and began wooing four talented targets over dinner.
At 6:30 p.m. yesterday, a caravan of four limousines lined up in front of Redskins Park to shuttle top Redskins personnel and free agent receiver Antwaan Randle El, defensive end Andre Carter, safety Adam Archuleta and quarterback Todd Collins to dinner.
Buy, Danny, Buy, Buy! The Redskins lost in the playoffs because of bad offense. In theory they could have Santana Moss, Brandon Lloyd, and Antwaan Randle El as their receiving corps. Sweetness.
(Hell, you’ve gotta take a mortgage out just to afford parking at the games now)

Well with Randle El the Skins would be taking a step up at receiver AND at quarterback.
Yeah. And if you only had someone to actually get the ball to them, you might have a shot.
I ate crow on Brunell last year. The guy was good enough to get the Skins to the second round of the playoffs, and that’s better than more than half of the league.
We do, Dana.
heads up: we just got Antwaan.
The dan has no idea what he’s doing. The skins got lucky this past year. It’s going to be so much fun watching the skins fail with all this talent.
LOL@Randle El.
Is he a reciever? A QB?
Who cares. I can name 15 recievers I’d rather have. It didn’t take long.
1.) Terrell Owens
2.) Steve Smith (Panthers?)
3.) Deion Branch
4.) Marvin Harrison
5.) Randy Moss
5.) Heinz Ward
6.) Reggie Wayne
7.) David Boston
8.) Troy Brown
9.) Laverneus Coles
10.) Larry Fitzgerald
11.) Joey Galloway
12.)Joe Horn
13.) Keyshawn Johnson
14.) David Givens
15.)Santana Moss
JK
Randle El was the top available WR. Terrell Owens is a psycho. Yeah, Dan Snyder doesn’t know what he’s doing. He’s got the best coach in the league, best defensive co-ordinator in the league, two of the best WRs, a great QB and RB and a solid defense who got to the second round of the playoffs last year with one healthy WR.
Yeah, the guy’s crazy. I hope they zip him up in a straight jacket when he finally hoists his Lombardi in the air.
(we already had Laveaurnes Coles — it didn’t work out)
JK, none of those guys are free agents and you misspelled receiver.
He also misspelled Laveranues.
sorry, givens is a free agent.
