Meet The Press? Nah, Just Matalin

Man, they just let Mary Matalin - an official flack for the Bushies - yammer on unopposed forever today, didn’t they? Must be that liberal media I keep hearing about. And of course she was lying through her teeth when she was doing it.

Well, technically she wasn’t lying because Cheney didn’t have to order anyone to lie to the media, they took the initiative to be good soldiers and did it themselves. The administration never has to order someone to lie, it is understood when you take the job that you will lie to protect the reich Bush administration.

Remember, guns don’t kill people. People get killed by getting in the way of bullets, pellets, and other slugs thrown by guns.

Wasn’t she on MTP with her husband just two or three weeks ago? Sheesh.

Imagine. They dress this guy up, send him outside, make him read a prepared statement about how God blesses Cheney, and then the march him back into the hospital!
Unreal. but you know people are so deluded about power that he probably felt honored to have been plugged by such a great man as Cheney.

“…You really have to wonder who is ever going to be dumb enough to ever hire Mary Matalin again?

This shooting mess was clearly her deal and she couldn’t have fucked it up worse than she did. She couldn’t handle her client and she’s still out there spinning like a top — and badly — when she should just shut the hell up.

What a fun, fun day it was on Press the Meat…”

    Hee-hee!!!

I just thought he had Matalin on again because Tim’s son and Mary’s husband will be doing a weekly sports show together on XM Radio. I’m surprised he didn’t mention it again (He did last appearance.)

    Nepotism, thy name is ‘Russert’.

Mary Matalin does what she always does - spins. That’s her job. Both parties have these people to do just that. Lying, no, but Russert’s job (if he wanted to show minimal credability) is to call her on it. But as usual, he was either unprepared to do so but most likely just did his usual and let her spin on.
