If you don&#039;t see a problem with Para 2, then you don&#039;t understand why the Republicans voted against it.

		<description>To clarify, if elected, clearly Michael Steel would vote on this pending legislation.  Every vote is important in Congress and Michael Steele would support that every bill coming to the floor should be voted on by members of congress.  Michael Steele supports the existence of this bill, and acknowledges it.  Furthermore if elected, Michael Steele can say that he will positively vote on this bill.
