Double Plus Good

According to Republican cultists like Ian, being against theocracy automatically makes you an atheist.
Quick, someone tell the founding fathers!

Like I said, Oliver. I used to think that you were pretty smart. But every single day…
Perhaps if you would follow the link the “cultist” put up before you start plucking on the keyboard you would understand where the “Athiest” came from. Here- let me save you a step.
Quick, someone get a screen shot!
One athiest creates a fundraising page.
From that, ian concludes:
Do we really want to play “One example equals the whole party”?
That wouldn’t go very well for the GOP, would it?
As if we didn t already know the religious orientation of Democrats not that there s anything wrong with it:
Who cares what this moron thinks? Just keep him away from the 28 gauge.
Quaker…
This particular example of “one bad apple” is a losing proposition, as the one bad apple posts his thoughts to the official web page of the DNC.
This thread won’t go far…might I suggest that democrats.COM is much more entertaining? It can be made into a drinking game! One shot per use of the word “impeachment.” Side bets allowed for guessing how long it takes any news item to be made into a case for impeachment (oops…there’s another shot right there.)
Republicans get the lion’s share of the fundie vote, and in return they give the people graft, corruption, human torture, corporate welfare, unwarranted domestic spying, war based on orchestrated lies, etc. Rove really knows how to play fundies for saps. Most atheists are not taken in by the Republican bait-and-switch.
I read the link, Marty, and I’m jabbing Ian for labeling all Democrats as atheists, and by that extension, everyone who is against theocracy.
If that’s your thing, have at it.
On one hand, you people like to brag about your “big tent” philosophy. But then you cluck like old hens when someone allows a fringe player to have a voice.
Make up your mind, willya?
“Do we really want to play One example equals the whole party ?”
Uh….
Quaker?
Do you realize what site you asked that question on?
Marty: Yes.
Do you have a point, or shall I make one up for you?
If you can’t figure it out, then just forget I asked.
Oliver Willis. No inuendo or talking point too small to apply to all Republicans.
