Winter Olympics about to start Cheeto, in Italy. Lots of different sports that involve sliding.
I think some anti-US feeling has slipped in for upcoming games. Baseball and Softball has been taken out. What with the USA being the biggest players of these sports in the World, it usually means a decent chance of a medal. I'm surprise they didn't try and knock basketball out as well.

It's not as desperately US-skewed as the Athens coverage -- so far -- but it is skewed in favor of ridiculously contrived narratives and back-stories that would normally be crappy 'original movies' on ABC Family.

This is the least cared about Olympics that I can remember. Bode is one of the few stories in it -- for better or for worse.

What else is there? WILL MICHELLE KWAN SKATE?!
