The Convenience of Authority

Its funny that the same White House that claimed its response to Katrina was hobbled because they didn’t have the authority from Governor Blanco (a claim that was quickly debunked) is now claiming that they’re able to overreach their powers granted by congress to spy on American citizens in America.
