I find it ironic for you to ask me to provide proof from a secret illegal program,

Translation: I don’t have any evidence and I was just talking out of my ass.

but at the same time YOU have failed to meet the standard of proof that you require to back up your assertion that terrorists communications were intercepted.

Actually, the program helped to prevent two attacks that were being plotted. One in Brooklyn and one in the UK.

The topic of this thread is not ‘gullibility’.

But I do recognize how difficult it is to address the issue of credibility
and competence in this administration.

If there is ONE thing the NSA understands it’s the 4th Amendment.

It doesn’t say ANYTHING about Probable Cause………..

” The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.’
