What Is This Constitution You Speak Of?
The people in charge at the National Security Agency, you know the ones who were ordered by the president to spy on American citizens in America without getting an easily obtainable warrant for no good reason, don’t understand the constitution.
Where I’m from that’s a pretty important part of running the country.

If there is ONE thing the NSA understands it’s the 4th Amendment.
It doesn’t say ANYTHING about Probable Cause………..
” The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.’
This is not funny.
This is not sad.
This is scary.
Fear this.

Right, because we know intercepting communications between Al Qaeda operatives who want to kill Americans is “no good reason.”

The topic of this thread is not ‘gullibility’.
But I do recognize how difficult it is to address the issue of credibility
and competence in this administration.
What communications with terrorists Jay C? As far as I know, most of the tips were worse than useless, and resulted in the FBI wasting valuable man-hours chasing people that talked to their aunt overseas.

And your evidence of this is?
And what’s your gripe? That he didn’t have a warrant or that the tips were no good?

I’m sorry Jay C, I find it ironic for you to ask me to provide proof from a secret illegal program, but at the same time YOU have failed to meet the standard of proof that you require to back up your assertion that terrorists’ communications were intercepted.
I find it ironic for you to ask me to provide proof from a secret illegal program,
Translation: I don’t have any evidence and I was just talking out of my ass.
but at the same time YOU have failed to meet the standard of proof that you require to back up your assertion that terrorists communications were intercepted.
Actually, the program helped to prevent two attacks that were being plotted. One in Brooklyn and one in the UK.
