Anna Benson:

“As much as I am going to miss New York, my family and I look forward to making a home in Baltimore, and yes I will continue my fun-loving antics in Baltimore. We look forward to christening the parking lot of Camden Yards. I am after all his good luck charm. I am sexy and don t shy away from that.”

As Sam Beckett would say: Oh Boy.

Ugh. That woman’s mouth is a veritable sewer. And I am not talking about saying “fuck” alot.

  2. cellulose says:

    She sucks.

As a Met fan who’d been dealing with her for the last year and a half, I can tell you that she’s not worth the trouble. Not even close.

She made a public statement saying that recently traded-for Carlos Delgado hated America.

    She sucks.

  3. factcheck says:

Alas, her beauty is only skin deep.

Her rants in the Pittsburgh and New York media made her husband especially expendable.

  4. ian says:

I’m not complaining, but why move to Baltimore? It’s cold, crime ridden, dangerous period.

  5. She’s an insane doofus, I know that. But our region of the universe is just so overwhelmingly modest and nice-tempered, we need a rabble rouser every now and then.

Ian: They didn’t choose to come to MD.

  6. nursepam says:

I wouldn’t necessarily point her out as an example of a sewer mouth. She’s merely stupid. Her vocabulary displays a paucity of intellect. Her remarks reflect an extreme lack of imagination. It’s kind of sad, really.

  7. phinky says:

Wonderful, a woman lacking charm going to Charm City. What did Baltimore do to deserve her? At least she didn’t get traded to the Nationals.

  8. phinky says:

And how is she going to christen Camden Yards? Or do I not want to know?
“I am sexy and I don’t shy away from that”. Um, I see she has an overinflated opinion of herself. I’ve seen her pictures, there’s an inch of vaseline on the camera lens.

    MEOW!

  9. ian says:

    (1) They could have worked out a different trade.

    (2) Fine — she is excited about it.

I live between two sewers — Baltimore and DC.

  10. I think neither DC nor Baltimore are “sewers” (I’m betting 10-1 your characterization is because both are majority black Dem strongholds), but I do think that people who characterize them that way are in the “sewer”.

  11. ian says:

Oliver playing the race card, once again. What a surprise.

Baltimore is a sewer because of all those colored people, yes that’s why! I mean, the crime, murder, drugs, and dirtiness of it don’t matter, it’s those danged colored people.

DC = a sewer because of all the corruption.

  12. cellulose says:

Who could have worked out a different trade, ian?

  13. PRD100 says:

Yet another reason to hate the Orioles -and I live in Baltimore.
