Gaggle remains unfunny. It’s not a right-left thing, the damn strip is just not funny. If they keep this streak up, Cal Ripken may have to say a word or two about it.

    Mallard Fillmore isn’t funny either, but it is in plenty of papers as some sort of affirmative action for conservatives, who don’t think having BC around fills the unfunny conservative comic quota.

    It’s something about us liberals. Our comic strips are funny. The Boondocks, Doonesbury, Bloom County/Outland/Opus … I can’t figure out why conservative comics fail to rise to the low humor level that is Marmaduke.

    Diamond, have you ever met a funny conservative? I mean funny ha ha, not insane. Can you think of a funny conservative comic?
