Cons in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Utah are proposing taxes… on porn. The mind boggles at the stupidity.

What’s funny is that a bunch of Republicans here in Kansas signed a pledge not to increase any taxes, so they’ve got to figure out how to tax porn and keep their promise. Good stuff.
I love how the Kansas Taxpayer’s Network dude is named Peterjohn. You can’t make stuff up like that. Maybe Peter North can lobby against the porn tax and join forces with Peterjohn against any new taxes.
I see not one thing wrong with taxing consumption. Seeing as how the Dems are so enamored of raising taxes, I thought that this would be an idea that you would like.
