Sorry; I just saved space by blending two topics into one
The words of these people mean little. Behaviors speak volumes.
BTW; Fox is not held to the same standard as the rest of the Press.
The reason? The famous conservative double-standard of right v wrong.
I’m OK, you’re so-so.
Wait… can you point to any attacks on Fitzgerald other than some comments on a blog somewhere? It’s not even part of the post? That’s a lame attack on your part.
All I’ve heard about Fitzgerald is how competent he is… comparisons to Elliot Ness abound.
Compare that to the daily attacks by Clinton officials and party hacks against “runaway prosecutor” Ken Starr…. he wasn’t compared to Elliot Ness, but Torquemada (In addition to Alterman, see here)
But, hey… when the facts don’t support your argument, no problems, right? Seriously… give me an example, Olliver.

Propagandist that he is, Oliver tries to postulate the following equation:
This is as shameless and transparent as Joe Conason lying about a “wave of preemptive attacks,” when he cites only two opinion pieces that fall far short of “smear” territory.
Compare Starr to Fitzgerald and Starr’s going to come out the worse for it even if you’re not canonizing Fitz.
Starr was hired to investigate a land deal. He ended up leaking and then publishing a sordid story of White House blowjobs. Even Torquemada, at least, had the ability to stay on the task at hand.
I have to admit the use of ‘his mother’ was funny. You liberals do have humor.
