I always assumed most priests are Republicans.

Anyone else hear that spashing noise? Ah, its Jeanine Pirro flailing about wildly looking for a life saver, it appears her campaign capsized.

  3. lizzySom says:

And how is this different than Kilgore’s disgusting ad?

  4. Gort says:

She is the gift that keeps on giving. The GOP couldn’t find a credible candidate so they convinced her to go on a suicide mission. HRC will raise a ton of money for this race but won’t have to spend much.

Not until she runs for President, or, if she doesn’t, decides to keep it (either of which would be illegal, except, of course, in the eyes of the Legion of Clinton Worshippers).

    Cute, Heraldblog. Pirro is no good because she said something about Democrats that you are saying about Catholic priests and Republicans. { And she didn’t say Democrats were child molesters — she said they weren’t “very tough” about it. She has made her reputation in the last decade by being a wolverine in that area. }

One thing that never changes: You can say whatever you want about Catholics, Italians and poor southern whites, and never have to worry about being called a bigot.

So, let me be the first: You’re a f*c*i*g bigot.

  7. Gort says:

Frank, Of course she is running for President and I hope she is opposed by your girl Condi. HRC would wipe the floor with her.

Sense of humor, meet Frank_D. Frank_D., meet sense of humor.

If you’re lucky, I’ll introduce you to logical fallacy. Oh, I see you two have already met!

  9. Gort says:

Frank, I’m happy to take that bet since the chances of her getting the nomination are remote at best. If you want to be President you have to go after it the party isn’t going to come to you. I have checked out your blog and enjoy it. I have always been a fan of fiction and fantasy. I found the comparison to President Eisenhower very amusing. He led the world in a war that had to be fought and was successful. She helped lead this country into a war that should have never happened and is a disaster. Madame, you are no General Eisenhower.

Gort: I’ve got $50 that says if Secretary Rice runs against Senator Clinton, she will beat Senator Clinton handily — no need for recounts, even in Florida!

I’ve got another $50 that says if Secretary Rice runs against Senator Clinton, and there are Presidential debates, Secretary Rice will win all three.

Check out the ‘blog I write for for my eMail, and when the two conventions are over, you can can contact me.

HB, if anyone hasn’t met a sense of humor, it’s you. You sure wouldn’t have said it was a joke, if I didn’t accuse you of being a bigot.

  11. Frank_D says:

Gort: I assume that means you’ll take both bets.

Unfortunately, Jeanine Pirro’s campaign will probably benefit from her crap, because I think many people respond to child molesters the same way I do; with the firm conviction that they should be killed. And it’s disgusting how many people are too stupid to separate slander from truth. If I were being smeared by association that way, I would respond with words they won’t print in the paper or show on TV. I’d respond loudly, and often.

As a private citizen, I have to take a quieter approach. When Tony Snow wrote a column that slyly equated environmentalists with child molesters, I raged, I wrote letters which I never sent, I considered physical violence – and then I simply pledged that I would never read another word the man wrote, never listen to his voice on the radio, never watch him on TV. And I haven’t. When his name comes up, I explain why I shun the creep.

TR88: Unlike the Olivers of this world, most of us realize that when we go into the voters’ booth, one vote is all we get. Some people will agree with Pirro and vote for her. I do and I will.

Some people who don’t even live in NY and know absolutely nothing about Pirro, will complain but can’t vote one way or another.
