(If the prospective mother is above the age of majority, then she can decide) 3) If if it can be demonstrated to the satisfaction of a judge in Court that the prospective mother is either incompetent or unfit to be a mother. Then the Court may <i>allow</i> the mother to consider having an abortion. To permit abortion on demand (including minors without parental consent) is insane.
