Although disciplinary action is hardly an idictment , when it occurs, it still is subject to similarly prudent guidelines. If one is judged incompetent to stand trial, no further action need be taken. And although a seamless and bloodless bureaucrat, Tenet could never be called competent, no matter the yardstick of measurement. It seems entirely appropriate to me as well.
