    Explain how she is not qualified. Is she not educated? Does the Constitution outline education requirments?

    Very interesting – not a bad idea – I hope that this sort of scrutiny keeps this crap in the open and keeps qualified folks in those jobs that matter…

    Being a judge is not a requirement or a qualification…but I’m sure you already knew that.

    How many law professors do you think we could find who are constitutional scholars and who could discuss in detail the major supreme court cases of the past century, but who have never been judges?
