SO why do you want to punish someone in the right? If Joe’s Body Armor works their *sses off , three shifts, over time , to get DOD body armor ahead of schedule, I have NO OBJECTION to their making a profit. God bless ‘em, in fact.

If they are in the wrong, I think they should be punished acording to existng legal guidelines, which would in turn depend upon the nature of their offense.

However, simply because one does not respond to some vauge allusions about some yet to be identified companies engaged in alleged violations of the law does not mean one supports them. It simply means you appear to be being intentionally vague.

Is ‘manipulating the infrastructure’, in and of itself, a crime? Even for the purpose of making money? Don’ think so – of course depending on how you define “manipulating infrastructure” (building a bridge?). If it intentionally causes loss of life , I’d say yes its likely a crime and support harsh penalties, even the super sized Fry Daddy. Even if the offender were the OW-made notorious Republican oppressor Paris Hilton (why would a good Republican like Mr Hilton give his daughter a d*mn Frenchie name like that?).

Well if you are going to pin me down. I support no punishment for Republican war profiteers as long as they exploit mostly widows and orphans. And the homeless.

And BTW, why not let the laws apply to war profiteers or anti-war demonstrators? If they break the law they pay the legal price . If no law is broken, no legal price. That too simple? Was there a big issue here? Which ‘war profiteer ‘ did you have in mind?
