Free clue: The right could nominate a loon anyway. For that matter, Roberts could be a loon too- since he has no experience and won't answer questions, we don't know.

Should we really send someone with only a year of experience to the highest judicial position in the US?

The Bork comparison is interesting- he actually told us he was a loon. That taught the cons NEVER to tell people what they really think, because the public will summarily reject this.

Opposing Roberts only hurts the Democrats. If they can be portrayed as obstructionists, imagine what kind of loon the president will nominate for O'Connor's seat.

Don t Bork Roberts

A pro-choice Republican doesn't help choice. A pro-life Democrat in a Democratic majority will help choice.

and NARAL shouldnt help him out in the future.

OW, in the past, you've made this a party-solidarity issue. If NARAL is justified in cutting off a Dem who supports an anti-abortion judge, why aren't they equally justified to support a pro-choice Republican?

Wow, sure is good we saved our filibuster rights, so we could use them when a Supreme Court nominee comes up, huh?
