Kilmeade should look at the current resources ( financial, human, technological, intelligence, and political ) currently devoted to combatting ‘Terrorism’ and compare that with the resources ( financial, human, technological, intelligence, and political ) currently devoted to combatting Global Warming or Feeding the Starving in Africa. The disparity is quite large.

With so many resources so clearly devoted to the prosecution of the ‘War on Terror’ I don’t think a G-8 summit whose topic is addressing the OTHER present and future threats to certain regions ( Africa ) or the planet in general ( Global Warming ) constitute a demotion of priority for the ‘War on Terror’. ( If that was his point )
