Can I Just Say…

It’s as if Al Qaeda and its affiliated groups are the major threat to us and our allies and we diverted resources from that fight in order to do otherwise.

Naw, that can’t be right Oliver.
That would require the government lying to its people about the gravity of the threat, like telling us that WMD are east, north, south and west of lets say, Baghdad.
That would require the government punishing people who call them out on their lies, like for example a administration operative outing an undercover agent who happens to be the spouse of a whistle blower.
That would require the government calling people who don’t believe the lie “unpatriotic” and “Traitors”.
I mean, that would require the president to intertwine “Al Qaeda” and the fake enemy in every sentence in every speech.
That could NEVER happen here. God bless America.
Not to mention lost support for the fight against terrorism among Arabs and Muslims specifically *because* of our idiotic Iraq policy.
