The only quote I was specifically referring to here was the one about schools, as you made mention of his comments on religious education- I noted earlier that it might not have been what you were talking about, but felt compelled to comment on it nonetheless. All your reply seems to be, since you-as a frequent commenter- have all of a sudden lost the will to point out all of my "mischaracterizations and misstatements", is "I dont beleive Falwell said some of those things, and if he did say them, I disagree but I dont feel threatened." Well I'm glad YOU don't feel threatened Frank, but there are people who do feel threatened, as this man is part of a cabal that is seeking greater power and influence in this country. You can bet Falwell and the Christian Right are fighting tooth and nail to get an ultra-conservative on the Supreme Court, now that they have Frist and DeLay on the Hill and Bush in the White House. Not to say these men beleive or agree with the loony stuff that comes out of Falwell's mouth, but they are for the most part ideologically aligned.
